The centre is staffed as follows:

DIRECTOR: Sally holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. She has experience working in Department of Education Pre-schools and several child care centres across the state. Sally has been the Director at KPCCC since 2005. Sally will be on maternity leave from 14/1/10 until 26/11/10. (Sally welcomed Jude to the world on January 26th 2010!)

DIRECTOR: Lauren holds a Diploma in Children’s Services. She has several years experience working in child care environments and started at KPCCC as Assistant Director in August 2007. Lauren and Sally job share the role as director, however while Sally is on maternity leave Lauren will be working as the fulltime director.

TEAM LEADERS:

Kindy: Vera holds a Diploma in Children’s Services which she completed after her children had grown up and left home. Vera has many years experience working in various child care and children's settings.

Pre-Kindy: Jo joins us with years of experience in children’s services in England. Jo has recently completed two Diploma subjects to gain her Australian Qualifications.

Nursery: Melissa (Assistant Director) holds a Diploma in Children's Services. She has several years experience working in community based child care.

QUALIFIED WORKERS:

Nursery: Amelia shares this role with Janet. She holds a Diploma in Children's services and works part time to balance work and family life.

Janet has returned to the centre after travelling to Northern Australia. She holds a Diploma in Children's Services. Previously Janet worked in the centre for 5 years.

Pre-Kindy: Anna holds a Diploma in Children’s Services. Anna recently gained her Diploma while studying eternally, working part time and caring for her family.

Kindy: Jeanie gained her Diploma in Children's services and joined our team immediately. She has chosen to learn more skills on the job before taking on a team leader role.

UNQUALIFIED WORKERS:

Nursery:
Karen holds a certificate 3 in Children’s services. She has worked in several roles in all rooms here at KPCCC over the years. Karen is currently completing her Diploma of Children’s Services externally while juggling work and family commitments.

Pre – Kindy:
Marissa has worked at KPCCC since leaving school and has spent time in all rooms.


COOK: Carolyn has been cooking nutritious meals for the children here at KPCCC for several years now. She has a great deal of training and experience in providing nutritional meals and snacks for children.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT: Kerry has recently joined our team. She has experience in varied banking and administration roles. Kerry has worked in community based child care for the past 7 years. Kerry is a wonderful asset to the team and greets all families with a smile.

RELIEF WORKERS:
Amy, Enisa, Janet, Krys, Sharon. Trish
