Being a not for profit organisation all monies collected from fees, fundraising and grants are used to pay for wages, maintenance, up grades and to cover operating costs.

Each year the management committee research and decide on the fee schedule for the year. This is based on the centres predicted expenses for the year.

Child Care Benefit (CCB) is available to most families. It is determined by the number of children in care and the gross family income. For your eligibility please contact the Family Assistance Office (FAO). Full fees will be charged for those families which we have not received CCB notification for or we have received a cancellation notice. It is now a requirement that we have the date of birth and the customer reference number (CRN) of the parent claiming CCB.

Families who are not claiming CCB up front are encourage to contact FAO and get a customer reference number to be eligible to claim CCB at the end of the financial year as well as the 50% out of pocket expense rebate (if they meet requirements).

Our fees are:
$70.00 per day
$2.00 surcharge per casual session
$340 for a fulltime week equating to a $10 per week discount

Each week an account is posted in your families assigned pigeon hole or emailed as requested. It is expected that fees will be paid on a weekly or fortnightly basis either by cash, eftpos, cheque, internet transfer or direct debit from a nominated credit card. Other payment frequencies need to be negotiated with the Director.

Receipt of payment will be posted in the family pigeon hole.

Full fees will be charged with the exception of public holidays and the Christmas closure. There will be no charge for these days. Each child will also be entitled to 2 weeks of their usual booking holding fee for holidays. This is per financial year if two weeks notice in writing is given.

A bond will be charged at the time of enrolment that is equivalent to 1 weeks full fees. This is refundable on completion of care if two weeks notice in writing is given and the account is paid in full.

A one off $10 enrolment fee is charged per family to cover administration costs.

A reminder notice will be issued for outstanding accounts. If accounts remain outstanding childcare may be cancelled.
